Please note we can't be held responsible for addressing issues — your order is shipped exactly to the name and address provided at checkout. If there was an error in the address you provided, there's not much we're able to do after the fact.
We can't be held responsible for items damaged in transit. All items leave our location undamaged and are packaged tightly and securely for safe passage to their destination, but we're unable to offer insurance or replacements for damage caused by the postal service. This is a rare occurrence, but it's a risk to keep in mind when placing an order.
