11.1 Missing Items

For missing-item claims, you are required to film the unboxing from the sealed package through opening, item counting, and condition check. A complete, continuous unboxing video from the sealed package through opening and condition inspection is required for any dispute involving damaged goods. If you did not film the unboxing, you may still open a ticket for missing items, but the claim will be assessed solely on the available evidence and may be denied.

11.2 Insufficient Quality

For peptide-related refund claims, Gila Labs. applies internal analytical quality standards based on third-party lab results. A refund request may be considered valid if independent testing conducted by a reputable laboratory shows one of the following insufficient-quality findings:

• missing analyte, known as "ND" or compound not detected.
• purity under the Minimum Guaranteed Purity stated on the product listing.
• endotoxin content above Gila Labs' published compound-specific threshold.

These endotoxin thresholds are conservative internal QC limits derived from recognized parenteral endotoxin-control frameworks and adjusted with an additional internal safety margin. They are used solely to evaluate supplier quality and refund eligibility. They are not dosage guidance, preparation instructions, medical advice, or evidence that any product is approved, intended, or suitable for human or animal use.

11.3 Deterministic COA Exceptions

Buying a product from a deterministic batch number means you acquiesce to the provided COAs' results. For example, if a product's deterministic batch number is 30% under or overfilled as per the COA, you are to assume that the price already reflects this discrepancy and you were made aware via the certificate, therefore no prorated discount will be applied in these cases.

11.4 Lost Shipments

If an order is confirmed as not delivered, Gila Labs. will process the refund available under its refund policy. This does not cover losses caused by incorrect shipping information, refusal, reshipment failure caused by the buyer, customs seizure, restricted-jurisdiction shipment, or other exclusions stated at checkout.
