Your order reference is on the confirmation screen shown after payment. Quote it in your message and we can look the order up.
Write to us as early as you can, with your order reference. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be changed.
A bitcoin payment cannot be reversed once it has been sent, so check the amount and the address before you send it.
